FCC HAZELTON FY26 Q3 MEATS

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, is seeking a contractor to provide various meat food items. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the contractor must deliver the items to the Federal Correctional Complex-Food Service Warehouse. The Government reserves the right to terminate the contract for its convenience. The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide the meat food items as specified in the attached list of items and descriptions. • The contractor must deliver the items within the specified delivery dates and times. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the warranty requirements. • The contractor must provide a signed SF 1449, including vendor information, to be considered a viable quote. • The contractor must submit an original invoice and three copies (or electronic invoice, if authorized) to the address designated in the contract to receive invoices.
