Description
The US Army is seeking a vendor to provide facilities, services, and support for the 2026 South Dakota Military Youth Camp. The camp will be held from June 23-25, 2026, and will accommodate approximately 140 participants, including 25 adult volunteers and 15 junior counselors. The vendor will be responsible for providing lodging, food services, and outdoor activities, including a guided hike and archery. The vendor will also be required to provide a sample menu and a list of outdoor activities that can be provided.
• The vendor must provide exclusive access to the designated lodging and meeting areas for the duration of the event.
• The vendor must provide a general assembly room, breakout rooms, secure storage, and a dining facility.
• The vendor must provide meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and accommodate special dietary needs.
• The vendor must provide outdoor activities, including a guided hike and archery.
• The vendor must provide a sample menu and a list of outdoor activities that can be provided.
