Description
The Arlington Housing Authority seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for its residential properties in Arlington, MA. This is a sealed‑bid RFP with a one‑year base term and the option to extend for up to two additional one‑year periods, subject to the Authority’s discretion. Bidders must submit separate sealed technical and price proposals (original + three copies each) by the deadline, and may ask written questions through the specified date. The contract will cover pest identification, preventive measures, treatment, monitoring, and reporting in compliance with IPM best practices.
