Budget estimate

$800,000 – $1,500,000

The solicitation caps the award at $1,500,000 for a four‑year lease‑plus‑service agreement. Considering the hardware cost (multiple high‑end detection systems and X‑ray scanners), installation labor, training, and 24/7 support, the likely contract value will fall in the upper half of the ceiling. A conservative estimate would be $800,000 for a minimal configuration up to the full $1,500,000 for the complete equipment list with all support services. Factors influencing the final amount include the exact model equivalents chosen, optional accessories, and the scope of the 24/7 support level.
