Description
The Beaverton School District is seeking a qualified insurance brokerage firm to serve as the district’s Agent of Record for its self‑insured program. The broker will be responsible for policy placement, renewal, risk analysis, claims administration, insurance‑administration, and related advisory services across all lines of coverage. Compensation must be a transparent, fee‑based arrangement (no undisclosed commissions) and will be a fixed annual fee that remains firm through the contract term and any extensions. The contract term runs from early January 2027 through 30 June 2029 with possible one‑year extensions.
• Provide full‑service brokerage for General Liability, Property, Workers’ Compensation, Cyber, Crime, and other required coverages.
• Conduct risk assessments, loss‑control consulting, training, and support for claims handling and insurance administration.
• Deliver annual premium budget estimates (preliminary by 31 Jan, updated by 1 Mar) and maintain all required insurance certificates and compliance documentation.
• Submit proposals via OregonBuys portal in searchable PDF format; optional pre‑proposal Teams meeting on 7 Oct 2026.
