Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the provision of gases for laboratory use, including liquid nitrogen, helium, air, nitrogen, and hydrogen. The contract will be for a period of three years, renewable for two additional 12-month periods by mutual consent. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the gases to various locations within the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
• The gases must meet specific specifications and requirements, including industrial grade and ultra-high purity.
• The bidder must provide a completed specification sheet, stating any exceptions to the specification.
• The bidder must also provide insurance coverage, including general liability, workers' compensation, and property damage insurance.
• The County reserves the right to reject any bid that does not fully comply with the instructions and requirements.
