PIMC Assessment & Abatement

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting market research to determine compliance with the Buy Indian Act and to identify potential vendors for a contract to provide pre-construction risk assessment, asbestos safety, and water intrusion services to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). The objective of this contract is to provide PIMC with the support necessary to comply with PIMC policies concerning pre-construction risk assessment, asbestos safety, and water intrusion. Interested firms should respond with their company information, point of contact, and a capability statement that addresses their qualifications and ability to provide the required services. • The contract will require the vendor to provide support for pre-construction risk assessment, asbestos safety, and water intrusion. • The vendor must be able to comply with PIMC policies and the Buy Indian Act. • The vendor must be an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) or an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). • The vendor must provide a capability statement that addresses their qualifications and ability to provide the required services.
