Description
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking a contractor to provide winter maintenance services for the Davison TSC and Clio Park & Ride locations. The services include snow and ice removal, salting, and de-icing. The contractor will be required to perform these services within specified timeframes, including a 3-hour response time for snow and ice removal during normal business hours. The contract is for a period of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to perform the services.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Snow and ice removal services for the specified locations
• Timely delivery of requested services
• Maintenance of the facility parking lot, entrances, and exits to roadways and walkways/sidewalks in a safe condition clear of snow and ice
• Compliance with the service level agreements (SLAs) established in the contract
