The City of Findlay is seeking proposals to supply all gasoline and diesel fuel for its municipal vehicle fleet and equipment for the calendar year 2027, together with a card‑based fueling system. The contract includes provision of approximately 300 fuel cards, 24/7/365 support, emergency fuel delivery, and detailed transaction reporting.
• Supply of lead‑free gasoline (87, 89, and 92 octane) and low‑sulfur diesel (regular and premium) on a per‑gallon basis.
• Provision of a card‑fueling system and roughly 300 fuel cards, each linked to individual vehicles/equipment and capable of distinguishing highway versus non‑highway usage.
• Mandatory reporting of transaction data (gallons, vehicle ID, odometer/hours, employee ID, date/time, department, fuel type, mileage calculations) with continuous availability and emergency delivery capability.
• Contract term runs Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027, with the City retaining the right to award multiple vendors and to extend the contract for up to two additional one‑year periods.
