This Sources‑Sought Notice seeks capability statements from firms able to provide comprehensive maintenance services for petroleum bulk storage tanks at the VA’s New Jersey Health‑Care System (East Orange and Lyons campuses). The work includes routine and periodic (annual, monthly, triennial) maintenance, fuel polishing, cleaning, calibration of monitoring panels, probes, sensors, alarms, batteries, and associated leak‑detection equipment, as well as provision of qualified technicians with OSHA/HAZWOPER/NJDEP certifications. The VA is gathering market data; no contract is being awarded from this notice.
