The Town of St. Albans is seeking design‑and‑construction proposals for a new multi‑purpose performance stage at Bay Park. The stage will serve weekly farmers markets and seasonal concerts, must be ADA‑compliant, flood‑resilient, and aesthetically compatible with the park’s character.
