Description
The Hawaii Department of Education is seeking bids for refuse collection and disposal services for Lanai High and Elementary School. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing these services in accordance with the solicitation instructions and addenda. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible offer. Bidders must submit their offers electronically through the HIePRO system, and all bid prices must be inclusive of all state and local taxes and other applicable fees.
• The solicitation includes attachments that bidders must download, complete, and upload to the HIePRO system.
• Bidders must register on HIePRO to participate in the solicitation.
• The contract may be subject to quarterly reports for the first year.
• The Hawaii Department of Education reserves the right to verify the validity of compliance documents submitted by bidders.
