Construction Management Services

The Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation is seeking proposals for Construction Management services for the pre-construction and construction of a hydraulic elevator and associated services in their Cotton Mill building in Brattleboro, VT. The project includes installing a three-stop, 3,500 lb capacity hydraulic elevator and requires structural modifications to accommodate the new hoistway. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating temporary conditions and construction activities with building tenants to minimize disruption. • The project requires a 100% Payment and Performance Bond. • The Construction Manager will be required to review pre-bid documents, provide value engineering input, and procure subcontract bidders. • The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026. • The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. • Women Owned Minority Owned, Locally Owned Businesses and Section 3 Businesses are encouraged to apply.
