Description
The Quonset Development Corporation seeks a qualified railroad consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive condition‑assessment of approximately 20 miles of rail track within the Quonset Business Park. The consultant will deliver a detailed inventory, condition ratings, photographs, prioritized repair recommendations, and planning‑level cost estimates. No design or construction services are required.
• Conduct field inspections and data collection for all rail assets owned by QDC.
• Produce a Condition Assessment Report with asset inventory, condition grades, visual documentation, and cost‑estimate tables.
• Provide prioritized recommendations to guide future rehabilitation and investment decisions.
