York County is seeking qualified vendors to replace and upgrade half of its existing geothermal heat‑pump equipment at the county courthouse. The scope includes removing two existing Trane geothermal condenser units, supplying and installing new high‑efficiency water‑to‑water geothermal heat pumps, associated piping, electrical work, controls integration, condensate connections, startup, commissioning, performance testing, and staff training.
