Mississippi State University is seeking a Mississippi‑licensed architectural/engineering firm to provide full professional design services for the Crossroads District Mixed‑Use Commercial Development in Starkville. The scope covers all phases—from programming through construction administration—for a non‑residential, mixed‑use project (office, retail, food & beverage) that must conform to a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) aesthetic. The firm must submit a thumb‑drive with a detailed Letter of Interest, project‑specific qualifications, resumes of Mississippi‑licensed principals, and evidence of design‑excellence and cost‑control. Evaluation will be based on qualifications (40 pts), experience (40 pts), and capacity (20 pts). Submission must be received by 2:00 PM on February 5 2026.
