Ericksen Center HVAC Replacement Project

The City of Clinton Parks and Recreation is seeking a contractor to remove and replace the existing air handling unit (AHU) serving the Ericksen Center. The project includes providing new zone control through installation of five new terminal air boxes (VAVs) with full integration into the existing Carrier i-Vu Building Automation System (BAS) via BACnet. The contractor will be responsible for providing temporary heating or cooling to maintain appropriate building conditions during construction.
