Description
The US Air Force is seeking potential small business sources capable of performing Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for the Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE). The services include developing documentation for conceptual solutions, design criteria, environmental assessments, economic analyses, detailed cost estimates, construction drawings, specifications, and other documents necessary to execute maintenance, repair, and construction projects. The area of work includes Joint Base Langley-Eustis with separate geographic locations to include Fort Eustis, VA, Langley Air Force Base, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, and Sandston, VA.
• The Government anticipates awarding Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price (FFP) contracts across multiple NAICS codes.
• The contract structure will feature an ordering period of a 5-year base and three 1-year options.
• The Government is seeking responses from eligible small businesses capable of performing the services described.
• The response deadline is 6 July 2026, 2:00 PM EDT.
