TASK ORDER CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT (TOCA) REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

The Board of Trustees of California State University San Marcos is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a Master Enabling Agreement (ME​A) for Task‑Order Construction Agreements (TO‑CA) that will provide design‑build and construction‑manager‑at‑risk (CMAR) services for a portfolio of campus projects.
