The National Institutes of Health (NIH), through its National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), intends to award a firm‑fixed‑price maintenance agreement for nine Bruker CryoPlatform™ cryogenic cooling systems (five CCU4 and four CCU5). Because the equipment is proprietary and requires manufacturer‑approved service, Bruker Biospin Corporation is the sole source capable of providing the required preventive maintenance, repairs, parts, software updates, and technical support.
