REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEASEHOLD INTEREST AND LAND VALUE APPRAISALS CITY-OWNED PROPERTIES LOCATED 22631–22852 FOOTHILL BLVD. (APNS 428-0066-085-00 & 428-0066-086-00)

The City of Hayward is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to provide leasehold interest and land value appraisals for two city-owned properties located at 22631-22852 Foothill Blvd. The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing a draft and final appraisal report, which will provide an objective and defensible basis for evaluating the value of the properties. The project includes several milestones, including a review period of proposals, contractor selection, and contract approval by the City Council. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities when such waiver is determined to be in the City’s best interest.
