Project Management Services for Community Services Complex

The Grand Traverse County is seeking a qualified consultant to provide project management services for the planning, design oversight, and potential construction management of new office space or facilities. The County's objective is to consolidate multiple county departments and services into one or more modern, efficient facilities. The selected Bidder will support the County through pre-design evaluation, design development, and construction management. The project will involve conducting location feasibility analysis, establishing preliminary budget and schedule parameters, defining project delivery strategies, and coordinating with a Project Team composed of County staff, officials, and commissioners. • Conduct location feasibility analysis • Establish preliminary budget and schedule parameters • Define project delivery strategies • Coordinate with a Project Team composed of County staff, officials, and commissioners • Present findings and recommendations to the Board of Commissioners • Provide oversight of design development in collaboration with architectural and engineering teams • Manage value engineering, estimating, and scheduling • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal approvals • Facilitate stakeholder and Board engagement, including presentations and written summaries • Coordinate and manage contracts with consultants and design professionals
