Olmsted County Complex Youth and Families

Olmsted County Health, Housing, and Human Services (HHH) is seeking proposals from qualified local community agencies to provide in-home family therapy services for complex youth and families. The selected provider must deliver flexible, family-centered therapeutic services, including adaptable scheduling and session frequency to meet the unique needs of each family. The services should be trauma-informed and capable of supporting families experiencing severe mental illness, disrupted attachment, and other complex challenges. The provider will serve youth and families who are open for case management in Child and Family Services, Disability Services, or Dodge & Olmsted Community Corrections. • The provider must have experience in providing in-home family therapy, parent coaching, and family skills. • The provider must have adequate staffing to ensure service provision for the estimated 15-20 youths and/or families. • The provider must have the ability to bill third-party funding sources, including Medical Assistance (MA), Blue Plus, and private insurance plans. • The provider must have a plan to reduce barriers to participant engagement and increase participant access. • The provider must have a plan to ensure timely, consistent service delivery and have the ability to consult with Olmsted County and community partners.
