Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources that can provide Reagents and consumables for Oncology for the VA Los Angeles Healthcare System. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 325413. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
Key information to be provided by interested sources includes company name, address, point of contact, size of business, and capabilities in regards to the salient characteristics of the items being researched.
• The items being sought are Reagents and consumables for Oncology.
• The VA Los Angeles Healthcare System is the intended recipient of these items.
• Interested sources must be an authorized reseller, distributor, or dealer of the O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
• Verification of authorization can be provided by submitting an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
• Equipment/ items shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
