Description
The Jackson County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for bridge components. The contract will be in effect from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year periods. Bidders can submit their bids sealed in an envelope or electronically through www.jacksoncoplans.com. The bid must include the bidder's name and mailing address on the outside of the envelope and specify the name of the bid item.
• The bid must be submitted in "pdf" format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for paper bids.
• The authorized signature may be a hand-written blue ink signature or an electronic signature.
• Contractors will be required to register FREE with Plan House Document Management at www.jacksoncoplans.com to submit an electronic bid.
• The Jackson County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to award said bid in the best interest of the County.
