Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking bids for annual pipette calibration services for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The services include calibration and preventive maintenance of various pipettes, auto-diluters, and repeater pipettes. The bidder must be ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited and provide certificates of calibration and stickers with service due dates on pipettes. The services must be performed on-site at two separate laboratory locations. The estimated time schedule for the services is within 10 business days.
• The bidder must provide a detailed description of the specific services included in the calibration service.
• The bidder must provide preventive maintenance, including inspection of internal and external parts, maintenance to the sealing system, cleaning, polishing, and lubrication as required, and minor repairs.
• The bidder must provide calibration labels to be affixed to the pipettes, including the date of service and the next calibration due date.
• The bidder must provide certificates of calibration for all pipettes at the conclusion of the service.
