VEHICLE – TWO (2) 2025 4x4 SIERRA 2500 HD TRUCK, NEW, UNUSED

The County of Tulare is seeking bids for the purchase of two 2025 4x4 Sierra 2500 HD trucks, new and unused. The trucks must meet specific specifications, including a 6.6L V8 gas engine, Allison 10-speed automatic transmission, and a payload capacity of ¾ ton. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the trucks to the County's Fleet Services Division in Visalia, CA. The bid price shall exclude all federal excise tax, and the County is exempt from payment of federal excise tax. • The trucks must be delivered with a minimum of ¼ tank of gasoline and all other fluid reservoirs at standard fill level. • The successful bidder shall accomplish a wheel alignment check and adjustment for camber, caster, and toe-in on all vehicles prior to delivery. • The trucks shall be dealer-serviced and ready for use, with standard factory-established engine operation and tuning adjustments. • The successful bidder shall register the vehicles exempt with the California Department of Motor Vehicles and provide a temporary license plate. • The bid price shall apply to any additional units that the County may desire to order for a period of thirty days after the date of original order placement.
