Description
This RFP seeks a qualified contractor to modernize an existing passenger elevator, install a new elevator in an existing shaft, and renovate the main entrance for improved accessibility at Wayne State University’s 400 Mack Avenue building. The work includes structural alterations, machine‑room upgrades, fire‑alarm and fire‑protection system updates, and a complete accessible vestibule.
