RFP #1194068 - Accounts Payable Forensics Software System

The Montgomery County Government is seeking a contractor to provide software and related services for accounts payable forensics. The software must be able to analyze county invoices prior to payment to identify errors and possible fraudulent activity. The contractor must provide access to the software via a web-based application and ensure that it is available to the county 99% of the time. The contract includes the provision of software licensing, maintenance, updates, and support for the life of the contract. The scope of work includes: • AP Forensic software including software licensing, maintenance, updates, and support • Seven full AP Forensic User licenses • Seven Restricted Viewer Licenses for the Reporting Module and Dashboard Users • An AP Transactions Module that provides analysis of up to 400,000 AP transactions per year The contractor must also provide the county with access to the software via a secure server located in the United States of America.
