The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), requires a consistent and reliable source of landscaping materials to support day-to-day operations at Riverside National Cemetery (RNC). The objective of this procurement is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for the as-needed delivery of landscaping materials that meet established specifications, ensuring the cemetery grounds are properly maintained in accordance with national shrine standards. The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to procure and deliver bulk landscape materials to Riverside National Cemetery. The contractor must provide the following material: amended topsoil, mulch, rock, gravel, sand, and steel edging as described below.
