STTJ)-2026-022 (Cyril E. King Airport Emergency Pavement Repairs

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking a contractor to provide emergency pavement repairs to the airport runway at the Cyril E. King Airport. The selected contractor will be required to enter into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) that will begin upon Board Approval and extend for two years with an option to renew for one additional year. The MSA will consist of task orders prepared and issued by the Authority, and the contractor must be prepared to mobilize within eight hours of receiving notice. The contractor will be required to conduct a site visit to verify quantities and submit a cost proposal for the emergency repairs.
