Cloverleaf Security Server maintenance and support - Bethesda Site (Notice of Intent to sole source)

The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center (NIH‑CC) is seeking a sole‑source vendor (Infor LLC) to provide ongoing maintenance and 24‑hour technical support for its Cloverleaf Security Server, the HL7 encryption engine that links the hospital’s core Clinical Research Information System with ancillary lab, radiology and other systems. The effort is mission‑critical, requiring uninterrupted service 24 × 7 × 365, with capabilities for software updates, email notifications, a web knowledge base, telephone support, and an escalation process for critical issues. The contract will run for one year, beginning 26 September 2026 and ending 25 September 2027, and will be performed at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD.
