Texas Southern University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and support a comprehensive pharmacy education assessment platform. The contractor will provide psychometrically validated assessment instruments for Pharm‑D students at three curricular milestones, benchmark and longitudinal reporting, integration with the college’s existing testing system, an item bank, administration support, and faculty training. The contract spans two years with year‑by‑year pricing and includes firm‑price guarantees and escalation provisions.
• Deliver standardized assessment tools aligned to national competency frameworks for P1, mid‑curriculum, and APPE readiness.
• Provide a benchmarking platform that offers comparative data, diagnostic reports, and longitudinal tracking of individual student performance.
• Ensure integration with existing testing infrastructure, supply an item bank, administer exams, and train faculty on system use.
