Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Ely Ranger District office located at 825 Avenue E, Ely, NV 89301-3140. The services will include cleaning the office, restrooms, and other areas. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The office has approximately 11,000 square feet of carpeted area, with some linoleum, laminate, and VCT flooring in other areas.
• The contractor will be responsible for cleaning 50 windows, all of which are accessible via ladder.
• The office has 2 restrooms, each with 2 sinks, and the men's restroom has 2 urinals.
• The contractor will be required to clean approximately 30 small trash cans.
• The office has a kitchen area with a sink and a janitor's closet with a mop sink.
