Description
The Troy School District is requesting proposals for audiovisual systems for Boulan Park Middle School. The bid documents will be available for examination and distribution on or after May 13, 2026. The bid proposals will be received by the Troy School District through BuildingConnected.com by June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. The district will not open, consider, or accept any bids received after the date and time specified.
• The bid proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.127 disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the bidder, or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board of Education of the school district or the Superintendent of the school district.
• Bidders are required to submit with their Bid Proposal a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located or a certified/cashier’s check in the amount of five (5) percent of the Base Bid amount(s).
• An online pre-bid meeting will be held on May 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM, which is not mandatory but bidders are responsible for the content discussed at the meeting.
