Washtenaw Community College is establishing an indefinite‑quantity, indefinite‑delivery contract pool for vendors capable of supplying a wide variety of college‑branded promotional merchandise (e.g., tech accessories, stationery, apparel, drinkware, and other giveaway items). The contract will run for an initial 12‑month term with automatic renewal, and either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Vendors must provide a full line‑card, comprehensive pricing (including shipping, set‑up, and any educational‑consortium discounts), lead‑time information, and a signed signature page. The College will award to multiple suppliers based on breadth of product offering, price competitiveness, and delivery timelines.
