Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Arizona State Office intends to award a sole source contract to Advanced Composting Systems for the installation of a composting toilet at Vermillion Cliffs National Monument. The Foundation for America's Public Lands has donated the composting toilet facility to BLM Arizona, and the contractor will be responsible for transportation, on-site assembly, system integration, commissioning, and training. The contractor must have specialized skills and equipment to install the prefabricated facility without damage.
