Boiler Replacement - Fall River Elementary

The St. Vrain Valley School District RE-1J is seeking a qualified, manufacturer-authorized dealer/distributor and installer for a Burnham Boiler Replacement at Fall River Elementary. The scope of work includes unwiring the existing Gordan-Piatt burner, removing and disposing of the existing Burnham boiler, furnishing and installing a like-for-like Burnham boiler, connecting the new boiler to the existing piping, installing the Gordan-Piatt burner on the replacement boiler, and completing all necessary wiring. The project also includes startup and combustion tuning, re-insulating disturbed insulation on new and existing piping connections, coordination and completion of state and city inspections, and state and Boulder County permitting. • The proposal must include company information, company qualifications and experience, staff/team qualifications and experience, proposed solution, project schedule and timeline, references, warranty/guarantee, proposed pricing, and other information. • The respondent must be a manufacturer-authorized dealer/distributor and installer with an established satisfactory record of performance. • The respondent must provide evidence of their qualifications, including licenses, insurance, and financial support. • The contract will be awarded based on the highest overall evaluated score, conforming to the RFP requirements and determined to be in the best interest of the District.
