JRLA Cleaning Services RFP

Jalen Rose Leadership Academy is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive daily janitorial and custodial cleaning services for the 2026-2027 school year. The selected vendor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies, disinfectants, tools, and materials necessary to complete services. The scope of work includes daily cleaning, porter services, periodic deep cleaning, and annual specialty services. The contract term is one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms. Key aspects of the job include: • Daily cleaning of entrances, front lobbies, offices, resource rooms, libraries, staff lunchrooms, classrooms, restrooms, lunchrooms, and hallways • Porter services, including daytime and evening porters • Periodic deep cleaning, including interior window cleaning, professional truck-mounted carpet cleaning, and strip and wax of tile floors • Annual specialty services, including summer and winter break cleaning The vendor must provide a detailed summer deep-cleaning schedule and must have experience providing similar services to school districts or public sector entities.
