TOW TRUCK REPAIR SERVICES, LABOR AND/OR PARTS

The City of Detroit is seeking a vendor to provide tow truck repair services, labor, and parts for the Department of Transportation. The vendor will be responsible for providing parts, labor, and towing services for the city's fleet of tow trucks. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for renewal. The vendor must have a minimum of two certified mechanics and be an authorized licensed vendor. The vendor will be required to provide a written estimate of repairs, and all repairs must be pre-approved by the city. The vendor will also be responsible for providing warranty repairs for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
