Modernization of the Freight Elevators

The City of Cincinnati seeks a design‑build team to modernize three elevators – one historic freight elevator at City Hall and two passenger elevators at the Cincinnati Police Department’s Linn Street location. The work requires full condition assessments, complete architectural and engineering design, demolition of existing interior cab finishes, replacement of mechanical, electrical, control, door‑operator, hydraulic and safety systems, and coordination of permits and historic‑preservation requirements.
