The Federal Bureau of Prisons at its Terre Haute correctional complex is soliciting a small‑business‑set‑aside RFQ for water‑operator services that include EPA‑compliant testing and monthly reporting for a federal water plant. The contractor must provide a certified WT3 & DSL water operator on‑site at least five days per week, conduct chlorine residual, iron, and manganese testing, compile and sign monthly reports, and support IDEM inspections over a one‑year performance period with four optional extensions.
