Description
The Texas A&M University is seeking proposals for the renovation of buildings F & M in the Gardens apartments. The project includes renovations of the buildings, and the contractor will be responsible for completing the work within the specified timeframe. The project is expected to start on 5/11/2026 and finish on 8/1/2026.
• The contractor will be required to submit a subcontracting plan, including a plan for historically underutilized businesses (HUBs).
• The contractor will be required to attend a pre-proposal meeting on 12/18/2025.
• The contractor will be required to submit their proposal by 1/22/2026.
• The project will be awarded based on the best value to the university.
