Description
The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking bids for the installation of an automatic gate system at the Wyoming Game and Fish Sheridan Regional Office. The project includes the installation of a complete Liftmaster commercial slide gate operating system, replacement of existing rollers and roller covers, and the installation of photo eyes, loops, and loop detectors. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials and labor necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed by June 30, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a bid deposit in the amount of 10% of the total bid if the bid exceeds $150,000.
• The contractor must provide a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Wyoming Prevailing Wage Act of 1967.
• The contractor must provide a warranty on all parts and labor for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
