Uniform Services

The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority (RICCA) is seeking a vendor to provide uniform services—either on a rental or purchase basis—for staff at the Convention Center, Amica Mutual Pavilion, and security personnel. The contract will run for an initial three‑year term with up to two one‑year extensions, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The vendor must handle measurement, delivery, weekly logistics, replacement, and fit‑guarantee obligations, and must satisfy extensive insurance, indemnification, and compliance requirements. • Provide 37 full‑set and 10 reduced‑set uniforms for the Convention Center, plus 25 full‑set and 7 reduced‑set uniforms for the Pavilion, plus 30 security shirts and 10 high‑visibility jackets. • Offer both rental (with measurement, weekly pickup/delivery, 18‑24‑month full replacement cycle) and outright purchase options, with all embroidery (logo, name) included at no extra charge. • Maintain $2M general liability, $1M workers’ comp, $1M auto liability insurance, name OVG, RICCA, and the State of Rhode Island as additional insureds, and provide full indemnification.
