Custom-build Fully Anechoic Chamber

The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic is seeking a vendor to custom-build a fully anechoic chamber. The chamber will be used for advanced technology research and will require the installation of RF absorbers, a CCTV system, and other equipment. The vendor will be responsible for delivering and installing the chamber and its components. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. • The chamber must meet specific requirements, including being able to accommodate certain equipment and having a specific size and shape. • The vendor must provide a firm-fixed price proposal that includes all costs associated with delivering and installing the chamber. • The Government will evaluate proposals based on the lowest total price for all items. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must provide representations and certifications as required by the solicitation.
