NW A & B Zone Waterline Extension and Press. Reduc. Valves

The City of Austin is seeking bids for the Northwest A & B Zone Waterline Extension and Pressure Reducing Valves project. The project involves the construction of approximately 400 linear feet of 6-inch waterline, 1,600 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, 7,000 linear feet of 12-inch waterline, and 110 linear feet of 16-inch waterline, as well as the installation of pressure reducing valves and other appurtenances. The project also includes the relocation of approximately 100 linear feet of 18-inch stormwater pipe. • Waterline extension and pressure reducing valve installation • Stormwater pipe relocation • Construction of water facilities, including abandonment of water lines and installation of dual pressure reducing valves • Adjustment of water meters, valves, and fire hydrants • Removal and replacement of existing facilities within the City of Austin right-of-way
