Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive pressure‑washing, clean‑and‑seal, and sculpture‑maintenance services across dozens of county facilities on an annual basis, with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year renewals. The scope includes cold‑ and hot‑water pressure washing (2,000–4,500 psi), chemical and abrasive cleaning, caulking, masonry sealing, soft‑washing, and semi‑annual cleaning and waxing of two county sculptures. Bidders must supply all labor, equipment (including power man‑lifts capable of reaching 40 ft), materials, and handle site clean‑up, adhering to strict insurance, E‑Verify, and non‑collusion requirements.
• Large‑scale cleaning: > 560,000 sf cold‑water flat surfaces, > 466,000 sf vertical surfaces, > 720,000 sf building surfaces, plus additional specialty items.
