The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Chief Counsel is seeking a commercial, cloud‑based SaaS solution to provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and professional development content to its staff. The contract will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis with a reverse auction conducted via the Unison Marketplace. The award will cover a 9‑month base period and up to four optional 12‑month extensions, delivering simultaneous‑use subscriptions ranging from 300 to 420 users. Vendors must submit both pricing and required non‑pricing (technical) documentation through the Unison platform, and must be SAM‑registered.
