Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) 1 Year Contract Extension

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking to extend a contract with the Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) for the continuation of the Magnetospheric MultiScale (MMS) mission. The contract will be for a period of one year, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The scope of work includes instrument operations management, science operations, and data dissemination. • The contract will be a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) contract. • The estimated period of performance is one year. • The contract is for the continuation of the MMS mission. • The scope of work includes instrument operations management, science operations, and data dissemination. • The contractor will be responsible for planning all instrument modes, calibrations, regions of interest, and data dissemination to the funded co-investigators and general scientific community.
